Work Experience

• At least 5 years experience in the field
• Exposure or experience with tax related procedures and guidelines as well as business registration/license requirement/documentation
• High degree of GAAP knowledge
• Previous experience gained from the IT/Entertainment/Film industry a plus

Skills/Knowledge

• High level of service and discretion required as well as a professional demeanor
• Proficiency in MS Office and Quickbooks
• Ability to work well under pressure with limited timeframe
• Very detail-oriented with strong level of accuracy and follow through - highly organized

Education

• Have a degree in accounting or equivalent professional qualification, CPA preferred

JOB PURPOSE

Teach specified courses within the mentor’s area of expertise, perform research, develop lesson plans, grade assignments, consult with students, coordinate student projects and assignments, attending occasional staff meetings, and attending occasional marketing-related events and activities.

• Structure and continuity of the course in relation to the curriculum
• Preparing or Updatind the course outline per the approved template
• Ensuring delivery of subject content to students

JOB PURPOSE

The web developer shall develop, maintain and update company websites. conceptualizing and post-production delivery.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Updates web content on various company websites
• Works with various departments to gather updated web materials
• Maintains or enhances existing web-based applications
• Converts content to HTML or other web-based presentation format
• Cleans up or archives outdated web pages and content
• Works with graphic design team to implement new designs and ideas
• Performs other reasonable tasks and duties assigned by superior and/or any changes in the role due to organizational restructuring and realignment effected from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Work Experience

• Should have at least 2 years solid experience in web development capacity

Skills/Knowledge

• Proficient with X/HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other web technologies
• Experience with PHP/MySQL application development strongly preferred
• Possesses an above average working experience with CMS
• Comfort level with Unix / Linux server environment
• Knowledge of graphic design and tools
• Java development experience a plus
• Well versed in MS applications; familiarity in MAC environment is a plus
• Organization, documentation and coordination skills

Education

• BS Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead in-house and sub-contract producers creating a diverse slate of programming marketing BF-E sister companies
• Assigns program to existing producer, or hires an external producer to follow-thru with completion of program
• Monitors Producer’s budget
• Follow-thru with clients to ensure their experience with was mutually rewarding
• Works with Director Production Services, internal producers, and production manager to adhere to production policies for company
• Mentorship of entry level Producers
• Performs other reasonable tasks and duties assigned by Management and/or any changes in the role due to organizational restructuring and realignment effected from time to time.

Must have previous experience:

• Producing marketing/training short and long form programming for international audience
• Producing a variety of the following for international release in broadcast or DVD market
• Documentary, Action/Sport, Travel/Leisure, News, Special Interest, Music Video, Feature Film or Commercials
• Corporate/start-up environment a plus
• Working in fast paced corporate production environment

Will need to know how to use all the following programs (need to learn on-the-job if not capable at this time):

• MS Office including .xls for budgeting and .ppt for presentations
• EP Budgeting/Scheduling
