Kacy Andrews has been actively involved in the entertainment industry for more than 20 years. Her diverse resume includes feature films, television and animation. As the CEO and a founder of Bigfoot Entertainment, she has overseen the development of the company’s production facilities and international film school located in Cebu, Philippines. The company has since grown to more than 250 employees both foreign and local. Bigfoot has produced more than 10 feature films in the past few years. Based in LA, she has worked throughout the world and was recently profiled in PEOPLE ASIA Magazine’s 2006 People of the Year issue.

Kacy spent nine years in production and project development at Los Angeles-based Hyperion Studio. This includes work as one of the Producers on Miramax's Playing By Heart (Sean Connery, Gena Rowlands and Angelina Jolie). Kacy's portfolio at Hyperion also includes the feature film Tom's Midnight Garden (Joan Plowright); BoneChillers, a children's television series for ABC (Linda Cardellini); and numerous animated projects such as FOX's Life With Louie (Louie Anderson); HBO's Happily Ever After: Fairy Tales for Every Child (Denzel Washington and Whoopi Goldberg); and Paramount Pictures' The Oz Kids (Jonathan Taylor Thomas).
Moving from Hyperion, Kacy had a stint as Vice President of Development at Blue Focus Management where she worked on developing projects for MGM, Disney and Sony. She then dabbled in the dotcom and software arena at Creative Planet and Entertainment Partners.
In 2003, her consulting work at Bigfoot Productions led to the creation of Bigfoot Entertainment and the International Academy of Film and Television. As the CEO and co-founder, she has overseen the set-up and development of the studio located in Cebu, Philippines with offices in Singapore, HK and Los Angeles. The company has since grown to more than 250 employees both foreign and local.
Over the past few years, Bigfoot Entertainment has invested in several feature films, including Shanghai Kiss (Hayden Panettiere), East Broadway (Margaret Cho) and 3 Needles (Lucy Liu, Olympia Dukakis and Sandra Oh).
During her tenure at Bigfoot, she has served as a Producer of such feature films as; The Curiosity of Chance, Irreversi (Estella Warren), Hui Lui, Within, Girl With No Number, Midnight Movie which aired this past summer on Showtime Network. She has also produced documentaries, 9000 NEEDLES and USS Cooper as well as reality series’ Hollywood Boot Camp. These projects have been shot in such international locations as Belgium, Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam, The Philippines and Los Angeles. Many have played the film festival circuit and received numerous accolades before going into the marketplace.
Kacy is a recipient of the David Letterman Internship and a Cum Laude graduate of Ball State University with continuing studies at the American Film Institute. In 2000, she was awarded Ball State University's Graduate of the Last Decade and more recently was awarded the Distinguished Alumni Award. Since her move to Los Angeles, where she’s based, she has been actively involved with organizations such as Women in Film, Step-Up, and Big Sisters/Big Brothers of Los Angeles. She currently sits on the Board of Governors of Bigfoot Asia Pacific Foundation.

| David is no longer a stranger to the Cebuano lifestyle since he has stayed here for over 4 years. After graduating from San Diego State University in 2003 with a Bachelor's degree in International Economics, David flew to the Philippines and co-founded a non-profit organization that provides free maternal healthcare services in Cebu. He then pioneered setting up the first Starbucks in Cebu, working as a Consultant with Starbucks Philippines. David worked in a start-up IT recruiting company prior to joining Bigfoot in 2005 as International Recruitment Coordinator for 3 months. David is back and will be overseeing the operations of the ICT department.

| Stephanie Manuel's knowledge and skill in the following areas: Manpower Planning and Review, Organizational Development and Training, Manpower acquisition, Labor Relations, Employee Discipline, Counseling and Psychometrics; coupled with her background in administration and management have altogether armed her to lead the Human Resource and Administration Department of Bigfoot.
Before joining the company in 2004, she has worked for quite a diverse background of industries ranging from retail to service then to manufacturing. In the year 2002, she got employed in a multi-national manufacturing firm where she greatly had the chance to hone her skills in the discipline of human resource management, and in due course, find her niche in the same field.
A consistent academic achiever, she graduated Cum Laude in one of the distinguished schools in Cebu, Philippines with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Psychology. On top of that, she earned Education units and masteral units in Guidance and Counseling.
Rising through the ranks from Human Resource Supervisor to becoming the
Chief Human Resource Officer in 2008, Stephanie is geared up to thriving and
making headway with Bigfoot.

| Keith Sensing has been involved in the Proprietary Education Industry as an instructor, institutional director and educational consultant for the past 10 years. His knowledge of school management, marketing and educational regulatory compliance has given him the opportunity to work with institutions around the world. Keith's past work and consulting experiences have included such companies as: Bigfoot Entertainment, SAE Institute of Technology, Live Production Institute, International Academy of Design and Technology, MedVance Institute and Beltz Enterprises.
